Previously, Neil worked as R&D Director at Solentim where he was instrumental in building the product portfolio’s gold-standard imaging technology and expanded the group’s Artificial Intelligence and Software capabilities. Neil earned is Bachelor’s in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea.

Byron received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his M.B.A. from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.

He has demonstrated success in a variety of capacities including leading commercial & cross-functional teams, change management, building strategic alliances, managing distributor partnerships and strategic roadmap design and execution. Regis most recently worked at Terumo BCT, serving as their Global Vice-President of Therapeutic Systems. He received his MBA from Emlyon Business School as well as his PhD in Biochemistry from Bordeaux University..

Sara Mackey joined Advanced Instruments in June of 2018 as Vice-President, Business Development and Corporate Strategy. Sara has over 25 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, and has demonstrated successes within strategy development, business analysis and product/services commercialization. She most recently served as Director of Product Marketing at Cell Signaling Technology prior to coming to Advanced Instruments. She has also worked at PerkinElmer and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she worked within a variety of marketing and business development leadership positions. Sara received a BSc in Biomedical Science, specializing in Pharmacology from the University of Bradford (UK) and has a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.

Previously, he served as the Eastern Regional Sales Director, then Americas Sale Director at PerkinElmer. Corey also spent 12 years at Agilent where he held a variety of roles ranging from Research Product Sales Manager to Global Commercialization Manager. He earned his MBA from Santa Clara University and his PhD from Yale University.
